Terms for using the public website.

These terms apply to the public SEPTOR QMS website operated by RDG Systems LLC. Purchased services, private-beta access, support, data processing, and service commitments require separate signed documentation.

Effective October 1, 2026 · Public website and demonstration requests

Permitted use

You may use the public website to learn about SEPTOR, request information, and communicate with RDG Systems LLC. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, misuse forms, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a manner that burdens the service, or use the site unlawfully.

Private-beta and roadmap information

Descriptions of planned, beta, or future capabilities communicate direction only. They do not guarantee availability, timing, final scope, pricing, certification, or suitability for a particular requirement.

No professional or regulatory advice

Public content is general product information. It is not legal, regulatory, certification, food-safety, accounting, or other professional advice. Each organization remains responsible for its programs, decisions, records, compliance, and validation of any configured system.

Intellectual property

The website, product names, branding, interface designs, text, graphics, and software are owned by RDG Systems LLC or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable law. Viewing a demonstration does not grant a license to copy, reverse engineer, or commercially reuse protected material.

Third-party services and links

Third-party services and links may be provided for convenience. Their availability, content, security, and terms are controlled by their respective providers.

Availability and changes

The public website is provided on an “as available” basis. We may update, suspend, or discontinue public content and may revise these terms. Contractual warranties and limitations, if any, are stated in signed customer documentation.
