FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Clear answers before you commit.
Learn how SEPTOR approaches configuration, implementation, pricing, security, support, data, and optional AI.
Who is SEPTOR designed for?
SEPTOR is being designed for food, manufacturing, and regulated operations that need connected control of documents, training, audits, corrective actions, suppliers, product quality, and facility activity.
Does every facility have to use the same configuration?
No. Company-wide expectations can remain consistent while facilities use the modules, responsibilities, monitoring points, and workflows that fit their operation.
How does implementation begin?
Implementation begins by defining facilities, roles, responsibilities, required modules, current records, and launch priorities. Configuration and training are then planned around that operating model.
How long does initial setup take?
Initial setup takes time because SEPTOR is configured around your company, facilities, users, and workflows. Timing depends on the modules you choose, the customization you need, and the preparation of your existing records. Guided onboarding helps you prepare the system and your team for daily use; setup scope and timing are planned around your operation.
Can existing records be brought into SEPTOR?
Existing controlled information can be reviewed during onboarding. Migration scope, file preparation, data quality, and any specialized import work are confirmed before a commitment is made.
How are plans priced?
Published prices are per paid facility. Named users are not individually priced within a paid facility. Annual prepayment saves 10%, and organizations with multiple facilities receive a custom quote.
Is Visitor Management available separately?
Yes. Visitor Management can be purchased as a stand-alone plan or included with broader SEPTOR packages as described on the Plans page.
Is AI required?
No. Core QMS workflows remain usable without AI. Any AI-supported search, summaries, drafting, or trend assistance will be optional and introduced with clear customer controls.
How does SEPTOR approach security?
SEPTOR is being prepared around company and facility separation, role-based access, attributable activity, protected records, recovery planning, and readiness checks before customer activation.
What support is included?
Guided onboarding, launch preparation, and dependable product support are part of the service model. Exact response commitments and specialized implementation work are confirmed in the customer agreement.
Are all future modules available now?
No. Current capabilities and future builds are listed separately. Roadmap descriptions communicate direction and do not promise a release date or final scope.
