PRIVACY NOTICE
How public-site information is handled.
This notice applies to the SEPTOR QMS public website and demonstration-request process operated by RDG Systems LLC. Customer-service data is additionally governed by signed customer documentation.
Effective October 1, 2026 · Public website and demonstration requests
Information we receive
We may receive information you provide, including your name, work email, company, role, facility count, product interests, and message. Account and customer-service areas may collect additional business contact, billing, configuration, and support information described at the point of collection.
How we use it
We use submitted information to respond to requests, evaluate product fit, prepare demonstrations, support onboarding, operate and secure the service, maintain business records, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Technical information
The service may process limited technical information needed for security, reliability, troubleshooting, and delivery, such as request timing and security events.
Public website analytics
We use first-party analytics to understand aggregate use of the public website. The system records an anonymous session identifier held only in the page memory, public pages and sections viewed, links or buttons selected, referral host, broad device-size category, and event time. It does not store a full IP address, browser fingerprint, or persistent visitor identifier, and the current analytics feature does not place an analytics cookie. We use these reports to improve the website and understand interest in SEPTOR. If we later introduce persistent or third-party analytics, we will update this notice and provide applicable choices before those technologies operate.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by service providers that support hosting, authentication, databases, communications, security, and professional services. They should receive only the information needed to perform their services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect people, rights, and the service.
Retention and protection
Information is retained for the period reasonably needed for the purpose collected, security, records management, contractual obligations, or legal requirements. Safeguards are selected according to the nature of the information, but no online service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction where applicable by emailing legal@septorqms.com. We may need to verify the request and retain information when required for security, contracts, disputes, or law.
Updates and contact
We may update this notice as the website and service develop. Material changes will be reflected by a revised effective date. Questions may be sent to legal@septorqms.com.
